If I get a good night of sleep everything just works well. I am happier, get more things done and feel more optimistic. If won't sleep well everything is just the opposite.

As I recently heard, optimizing your day to get a good night of sleep starts in the morning. Crazy, right? Things such as no screen time in the evening, no big meals 4 hours before going to bed, no caffeine 12 hours before going to bed, completely dark and silent room.
